I recently read my beloved, Anthony Bourdain's classic book, Kitchen Confidential, and loved it immensely. It follows his life as a chef and details the life of a restaurant workers with brutal honesty. His witty writing style made me laugh out loud at times. It was very easy to read, so I highly recommend it as a switch-up from your average beach reading book.
